Collaborating with Unheard Voice has been an inspiration for Building People, bringing energy, expertise and a calm, listening approach to our challenge of increasing representation in the built environment sector. Marsha doesn’t just know inclusion but absolutely walks the talk and ensures open and frank conversations without judgement. Equally, Marsha brings authority and confidence and isn’t afraid to challenge and to supportively educate, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that our sector so desperately needs. Crucially, Marsha delivers joined-up action, with collaboration at its core. The partnership is a huge asset to Building People and Marsha continues to be an absolute inspiration to me.

Valentyna Kravchenko, CEO, INO The Developer (Ukrainian Development organisation)

We invited Marsha Ramroop from Unheard Voice to give a lecture on inclusion, because she is a specialist in the field of inclusion with many years of experience. To rebuild Ukraine, we need the best global practices that will help generate our own standards. Marsha has a unique vision in this field. She approaches inclusivity not only from the standpoint of comfort but also from the perspective of the philosophy of relationships among city residents, because no benevolent intention will be effective without incorporating humanity. Thank you for the meaningful conversation and advice on how to create a comfortable Ukraine of the future for everyone.

EDI can be a complex issue, but Unheard Voice can navigate the complexities, analysing and interrogating at a pace. Marsha does so with a sensitivity for all; a rare skill. It has been a pleasure to have worked with Marsha, even in a small way. Quickly I realised that she could read the room almost instinctively and gets swiftly to the crux of matters. Marsha is compassionate, but it was her enthusiasm, energy and determination that shone through. A wonderful person who it is a pleasure to know.

Unheard Voice are a rare talent. Their knowledge and experience of EDI surpasses most experts I know. Marsha is also kind and approachable. Whoever has Marsha as part of their team is lucky indeed.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
